This reflection is designed for personal reflection and general education. It is not a clinical assessment, medical service, or therapeutic service.
Information submitted
When you complete the reflection, the form may record your email address, your answers, your resulting profile, and basic attribution fields such as campaign source. This allows the author to understand which reader resources are useful and to deliver the experience you requested.
Optional updates
The checkbox for occasional Pattern Notes and book updates is optional. Leave it unchecked if you only want to reveal the on-screen reflection profile. Any email updates should include a way to unsubscribe.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, anonymous usage events may be recorded, such as starting the reflection, completing it, or clicking a book link. Email addresses should not be sent to analytics tools.
Third-party destinations
Book links may open Amazon. The channel link may open WhatsApp. Those services apply their own privacy practices.
